Add to ORKGThis course surveys the history of American cities since World War II. Through lectures, discussions, readings, and films, it traces the major forces that have transformed urban America. Assignments include: readings, one 2,000-3,000 word term paper, a mid-term, and a final exam. Grades will be computed as follows: final exam 35%; mid term 30%; paper 35%. All written assignments for the course must be submitted to the digital drop box on the Blackboard site. No paper copies will be accepted. The term paper may be on any topic relevant to the course.
