Abstract — In this paper, a completely decentralized adaptive fuzzy control is presented for a class of interconnected nonlinear systems with unknown parameters. Here, the problem is extended to the more general case, where neither the interconnection terms, nor the state are available. By using the orthogonal Hermite functions, we propose a new and completely decen-tralized predictive control low. The new generalized approach is able to identify the dynamics of each subsystem and predict online the interconnection terms i.e., each subsystem is able to compensate online the interconnections with unknown bounds.
