A study of beam distributions for 1 TeV center-of-mass collision energy at the ILC is presented for the 2 mrad and 14 mrad extraction lines. Beam losses between the IR and the Compton detector plane are given, and the backgrounds from the lost beam particles at the Compton Polarimeter Cherenkov detector are estimated. Beam energy losses due to synchrotron radiation in the magnets between the e+e- IR and the measurement of the energy are studied. Changes in the synchrotron radiation losses due to trajectory variations caused by beam collisions conditions at the e+e- IR are studied.
