Recently wireless communication has been developed with nano-size devices by semiconductor technology. By means of transmitting vital data, we can observe the body's conditions and detect any possible problem in the human body at any-time. However, not only power consumption of implanted wireless communication devices with a sensor function (node) but also thermal influence on human body should be consi-dered carefully for implementation of such technology.
