Abstract—Securely managing shared information in dis-tributed environments across multiple organizations is a chal-lenge. Distributed information management systems designed to this purpose, must be able to support individual organizations’ information policies whilst ensuring global consistency and com-pleteness of information. This paper describes a multi-agent based prototype implementation of a distributed information management system, for distributed digital criminal dossiers.
