EPA proposes to issue a National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) The applicant has applied for an NPDES permit for a suction dredge operation on the North Fork Fortymile River in Alaska. The proposed permit sets conditions on the discharge-or release- of pollutants from the operation into waters of the United States.
