A Research on Spatial Decision-making for E-government

Abstract: By analyzing the requirements for data integration in E-government applications, the comprehensive data model of spatial decision-making for E-government(SDEG) is put forward in this paper. Some data management methods such as spatial data management, non-spatial data management, information objects management, application topics management and authority management based on Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), are also studied. By integration of server functions and client functions, the mixed method of data accessing is proposed, which supports three kinds of data accessing, such as server-oriented data accessing, client-oriented accessing, and server-client collaboration accessing.
