Introduction: The artificial urinary sphincter (AUS) is a rare indication for stress urinary incontinence secondary to spinal cord injury. Clinical Picture: A 48-year-old male sustained spinal cord injury, resulting in detrusor acontractility and urinary stress incontinence.
