Background: Prenatal alcohol exposure can lead to widespread cognitive impairment and behav-ioral dysregulation, including deficits in attention and response inhibition. This study characterized the neural substrates underlying the disinhibited behavioral profile of individuals with fetal alcohol spectrum disorders (FASD).
