The steady state equivalent circuit parameters are essential for diagnosing the condition of an induction motor[1]. These parameters could be determined, with a good accuracy, through specific tests, but the procedure is time consuming and off line operations. The features of the condition monitoring system depends on the parameters that are obtained from the test results [2]. It is obvious that the related test procedure if embedded in a software environment will allow easy interaction between operator and signal acquisition.
