When metal and oxide with dissimilar structure joint together, the misfit dislocation will be introduced at the interphase boundaries and the interfacial disloca-tion contents will also alter as change of relative ori-entation of one crystal to another [1–3]. According to the coincident site lattice (CSL) theory the interfacial misfit dislocations can be divided into two cases: pri-mary dislocation, a relatively good atomic fit across the interface is achieved, i.e. the crystal structure itself is conserved [4], and secondary dislocation netwroks, a slight deviation from a coincident site lattice, i.e. a superlattice common to both crystals is conserved [5].
