The time-dependent autocorrelation and correlation functions are calculated for the spin-1/2 Ising-Heisenberg doubly decorated planar model in order to elucidate the mutual influence of quantum and thermal fluctuations on the spin dynamics. The results for dynamical quantities reveal a spin-state interchange in the magnetically ordered phase
