The purpose of this document is to provide nuclear medicine practitioners with general guidelines on im-aging in the practice of nuclear medicine. The guide-line includes recommendations common to most nu-clear medicine imaging procedures. Recommenda-tions specific to individual procedures are included in their respective procedure guidelines.
