Quality management leaders have considered the role of knowledge in quality management. However, several researchers in the quality management field differ considerably when contemplating knowledge. In this paper, we propose an integrated perspective of quality and knowledge management. This integrated perspective helps clarify how Quality Management Practices (QMPs) can lead to effective Knowledge Integration (KI). This research argues that the implementation of QMPs lead to effective KI, which leads to better organizational performance.
