One of the possibilities to accelerate the discovery of targeted anticancer drugs is computer-aided prediction of specific biochemical mechanisms of action on the basis of the structural formula of a substance. The PASS software product predicts about 300 biochemical mechanisms of action known for anticancer drugs at present and allows create new special learning samples for prediction the substance interactions with new molecular targets and searching new targeted anticancer drugs.
