Abstract: By using microwave extraction method. carried out were the studies on flavonoids content of different buckwheat organs in different development stage. The results showed that flavonoids contentof tartary buckwheat was higher than that of common buckwheat. The order of organs of common buckwheat in accordance with flavonoids content was: bud>flower>leaves>stem>seed, and that for tartary buckwheat was: bud>flower>leaves> seed> stem. Flavonoids content of buckwheat peaked approximately in the 55th ~ay after emergence
