Two patients with acquired dysgraphia were reported. Thepatients ’ performance in various written a d oral spelling tasks converge insupport ofthe hypothesis that hey have selective damage, within the spelling system, to the Graphemic Buffer. Although t e patients present with comparable patterns of error types, they differ inthe distribution of errors a a function of letter position in words.
