Various signs of climate change is appearing and plenty of damages by the change is broadcasting across the world everyday. At this point of time, the necessity of evaluating influence in water resource area, one of the most important parts for managing human life, is elevating. Under the background the above, this study developed the model considering the effect of climate change to obtain some of the required information for drafting water management policy of our country in long-term plan.
