It is established the theory of electron spectrum in semiconductor cylindrical closed quantum dot in quantum wire and one-side opened cylindrical quantum dot. It is shown that the increasing of the outer well thickness causes not only the change of electron energy spectrum but also the redistribution of probability of its location inside cylindrical quantum dot in different states. The magnitudes of probabilities are increasing in the vicinity of resonance levels and gradually creating the quasi Lorentz discrete bans with the respective widths, transforming into the continuous bands of opened quantum dot at the outer well thickness tending to infinity. Key words: closed, opened quantum dot, electron, energy spectrum. 1
