The objective of this work is to elaborate on the demand and usefulness of three-dimensional modeling, and also, explore the capabilities of current technologies via a pilot project. Through this, one can discuss the corresponding required production workflow for building three-dimensional GIS Model of a complex site of interest using Digital Photogrammetry techniques and GIS modeling. In our case, two University campuses are modeled using two different cameras: the first uses the RC30 aerial camera format and the other uses new up-to-data digital camera technology (Kodac 4X4K that deliver very sharp colored images).
