Dr. Oscar L. Colombo works on applications of space geodesy, including gravity field mapping, spacecraft orbit determination, and precise positioning by space techniques. He develops and tests techniques for precise very long baseline differential and point-positioning kinematic and static GPS, in collaboration with groups in the USA and abroad. Dr. Manuel Hernández-Pajares is associate professor of the Technical University of Catalonia (UPC), from 1993. He started working on GPS in 1989, for cartographic applications.
