The composite of an amorphous microwire with negative value of permeability in a high frequency and super high frequency range of the electromagnetic field is examined. The case when dielectric permeability may be also negative is separately analyzed. Now the composite materials, simulating negative values of the real part of dielectric permeability – Re [ε] = ε ′and magnetic permeability – Re [µ] = µ ′ are created, with the help of structure elements such as rectilinear pieces of conductors and sectors of circles [1].
