Moutawakil, Common fixed points under contractive conditions in symmetric spaces

In this paper several common fixed point theorems for selfmappings of a sym-metric space are proved. These mappings are assumed to satisfy a new property which generalize the notion of noncompatible maps in the setting of symmetric spaces.
