The main aim of the work is to design and manufacture a model of brushless DC motor (BLDC) with magnetic circuit made of magnetic powder bonded in solid material by powder glue. Soft magnetic elements manufactured in this method are called soft magnetic composites or dielectromagnetics, permanent magnets are called bonded magnets or dielectromagnets. In this paper design and computer’s analysis of this motor are presented. Model of motors will be manufactured and measured in the next step of work. 1
