The hydromagnetic flow of an electrically conducting, incompressible Burgers ’ fluid and heat transfer is investigated when electrically non-conducting disk rotates with a uniform angular velocity about an axis normal to the disk and the fluid at infinity ro-tates with the same angular velocity about a non-coincident parallel axis. An external uniform magnetic field is applied normal to disk. The disk and the fluid are kept at two constant but different temperatures and the viscous dissipation is considered in the energy equation. Exact solutions are obtained for the governing momentum and en-ergy equations. The velocity and temperature profiles for various values of appropriate dimensionless parameters are presented
