There has been a real revolution in the infrastructure of information access – the distance has shortened and the global communication has become more dynamic. A great problem remains, however: translating from one language to another. Several systems have been developed to extinguish the language barriers, but they were still based on a given language and the linguistic – semantic issue was also present.
