Emergence of systems biology motivated more compre-hensive and integrative approaches for modeling physiolog-ical processes. Presented study proposes a software frame-work to integrate multilevel and multiscale models for phys-iological processes. The aim of the study is to provide the interfacing mechanisms to facilitate the integration of mod-els from multiple research groups increasing the ability to construct complex simulations of physiological models.
