Abstract — In recent years, two-dimension pulse coupled neural networks (PCNNs) have been widely used in image processing. However, high-dimension PCNN is still an open problem. This paper proposes an uniform high-dimension PCNN model, and studies the pulse transmission property of the proposed model. Compared to conventional two-dimension PCNNs, the proposed model has more neuron structure patterns and pulse transmission properties
