The temperature dependences of the electrical conductivity and Seebeck coefficient of some new organic compounds (monomers and polymers) are investigated. The measurements were performed using thin films deposited from solutions and pellets. All studied compounds have typical semiconducting characteristics. Some correlations between the values of fundamental parameters (activation energy of electrical conduction, ration of carrier mobilities, etc.) and molecular structure of the respective compounds have been established
