Typical complex networks include internet topologies, web graphs, peer-to-peer networks, social networks (cooperation between peo-ple, economical exchanges, friendships, and others), biological networks (pro-tein/gene interactions, brain, food webs), linguistic networks (co-occurrence graphs, synonyms), and many more.
