Abstract- In the present work a method for calcu-lation of emission spectra of atoms and ions in an alternating circular polarized electric field is pro-posed. The method allows one to investigate the energy structure of spectra, transition probabili-ties, and spectral line intensities depending on fre-quency and strength of the electric field. As an il-lustration, the emission spectrum of a helium atom is calculated at the electric field strength up to 1kV/cm. 1
