In extensive studies the pullout behaviour of steel fibers has been investigated. This is of major importance as it governs the behaviour of steel fiber reinforced concrete after matrix failure. The tests revealed the influence of fiber-matrix adhesion and clarified the contribution of the fiber geometry to the total stress absorbed by the fiber. ZUSAMMENFASSUN
