倫理融人於圖書館利用指導的發展，提出三項建議:一、加強圖書館員資訊倫理的知

識;二、加強圖書館員的指導教學能力;三、建立資訊倫理資源中心。 Owing to the mergence of computer and telecommunication, not only the user's behaviors have changed, but also the user's ethics and morality have changed dramatically. The purpose of this article is to develop a proposal for teaching information ethics in library instruction program. First, the definition and scope of information ethics will be discussed. Second, the information ethics curriculum will be proposed for various kinds of user instruction programs. Finally, the author would like to make three suggestions on future development of teaching information ethics in library instruction program: I. enlargment of librarian's information ethics knowledge, 2. enhancement of librarian's teaching ability, 3. establishment of the information ethics center. 關鍵詞：資訊倫理、圖書館利用指導、課程設計
