We present a unified description of a series of phonon properties of UTe by means of van der Waals three body force shell model (vTSM). The developement of vTSM is based on the incorporation of the effect of van der Waals interactions (vWI) and three body interactions in the framework of both ions polarizable rigid shell model (RSM). Excellent agreement is found between calculated values and measured data for phonon dispersion curves. The present model is applied also to calculate the specific heat variations, two phonon IR/Raman spectra and anharmonic properties of UTe.
