The first thing I would like to do is to simply say Thanks. Thanks to all of you who have helped me this year. Many of you have talked to me and listened to me. You have helped me head in this direction. I have appreciated your support and sensed the excitement many of you have had for the concept of coming together as a community and using these four hours as an educational opportunity for all of us.
