Abstract: The paper has as main goal to present a multidimensional educational model for foreign languages learning, in a multicultural perspective, especially in the frame of a transnational company. The model integrates the educational paradigms of the intercultural communication and the principles of the development of web based training systems. The design of the generic educational architecture was based on cognitive and behaviour psychology, adapted to the web environment, in order to facilitate the development of the attitudes and behaviour stereotypes adequate to a specific culture and/or to a specific organizational culture.
