Myopia (nearsightedness) may be corrected by using non-surgical and surgical tech-niques. Orthokeratology, the practice of wearing rigid contact lenses during waking hours, has been used to reduce myopia with minimal success. Recent advances in corneal mapping and contact lens technology have greatly improved lens fitting techniques. In the present study Precision Ocular Technology’s CK “One-Step ” lens-es were used to mold the corneas of 17 myopic patients.
