Abstract: In resent years because of the increasing amount of electronic equipment and nonlinear loads, disturbances and harmonic pollution in power systems have been widely increased. These undesired phenomena have undesired influence on the control and automatic equipment, such as motor drives, resulting in reduced reliability and availability. usuall motor drives utilize voltage and current source converter. Because of limitation and weakness of these converters against disturbances, some new topologies are presented in advanced drive such as DPC – PWM rectifier.
