Multimedia Communications Embedded in an Interactive Educational Application as the Learning Medium

Abstract: The research studies on uses of the Multimedia elements as Multimedia Communications embedded in an interactive educational application. The selected content of the application is based on a chapter in the current Malaysian Secondary School Form 5 Biology syllabus titled “Reproduction and Growth”. The techniques of combination and integration of various multimedia elements will be widely used in explaining and demonstrating the Biological knowledge and processes with suitable object simulations. Various types of research methodologies were used to identify the level of user acceptance with using Multimedia elements as a learning medium.
