The objective of this newsletter it to gather some of the information which has been distributed through the period including the papers presented at the seminars in Commission 6. We encourage all of you to contribute to this common forum in order to keep every one entertained, informed, updated and hopefully contribute to some cohesiveness in Commission 6. The outline for this Newsletter will include
