Abstract:- In this paper we present a set of heuristic criteria devised to address the problems encountered in designing a fuzzy system to fit a set of input-output data. The objective is to obtain in a simple and fast manner a good starting model to undergo further refinements. The result is a simple algorithm with a similar performance than other techniques but with a low computational cost. Key-Words:- fuzzy curves, fuzzy modeling, intelligible approach, clustering
