Abstract: Over the past 30 years, the courts in North America have examined the responsibility that mental health professionals have in assessing risk for violence. These decisions contribute to the determination of need for inpatient psychiatric treatment. Résumé: La dangerosité devrait-elle indiquer un traitement psychiatrique interne?
