he purpose of this review was to provide evidence to sug-gest priorities for suicide prevention programming in general hospital psychiatric services. In Ontario, the AGHPS represents 48 of 60 Schedule 1 psychiatric facilities. Accord-ing to legislation, Schedule 1 facilities are required to provide essential psychiatric services, including inpatient, outpatient, daycare, consultation, and emergency psychiatric services.
