Resume- Des microstructures ont et6 obte~ues sur substrats de silice (recouverts ou non d'une couche mince de silicium) par dCcomposition du silane sous irradiation par un laser CO2 continu. La vitesse de dCp6t des microstructures de silicium ayant un profil gaussien est proportionnelle I la pression de silane et varie lineairement avec la puissance du laser ou la tempkrature de la surface du substrat. A faible pression de silane (infkrieure B 1 Torr) et au:dessus de 1050°C, des microstructures en forme d'anneau ont CtC dCposCes sur substrat de silice et la silice Ctait gravbe au centre du spot.
