Atyid shrimps of the genus Paracaridina (Crustacea, Decapoda, Atyidae)

Three species of the genus Paracaridina (family Atyidae) are reported from Hunan Province, china, including P. chenxiensis sp. nov. A partial re-description of the type species of Paracaridina, P. longispina (Guo & He, 1992) is provided, as is a revised diagnosis of the genus.
