Typically, the Unified Modeling Language (UML) is used for visualizing, specifying, constructing, and documenting the artifacts of software-intensive systems. However, there have been many projects showing the usefulness of UML modeling of systems in other areas. In this paper we discuss how to model English composition in UML and how to convert its models into well-structured educational websites. First, we examine the kinds of UML models that can be built for the presentation subject of English composition. Once the UML models are built, they can be converted into website templates. We demonstrate this conversion with the example of English composition
