In economic literature, most works concerning collaboration networks using multi-agent models (e.g. [5], [6], [7], [8], [13]) do not take into account the cognitive characteristics of the agents. Besides, they do not follow the dynamic properties of the networks. In this work, we propose to analyze the evolving dynamics of collaboration networks that emerge from the need of creating and diffusing knowledge concerning R&D (Research and Development). In addition, we aim at describing their most relevant network properties over time.
