The employees are actually the blood that make the company move and perform in the business world, as such ability to manage the employees are critical to ensure that they are alive and able to put 100 % efforts towards achieving the organizational goals and objectives. Hence, this study is conducted to identify whether the charismatic leaders are well preferred by the Malaysian employees. Surprisingly, most Malaysian employees preferred to have charismatic managers to lead the organization.
