Information about isotopic composition of water is very important for meteorology, geology and other sciences were water is included. Isotopic fractionation of water depends on many different meteorological and phys-ical factors, such as temperature, pressure and others. From isotopic composition of water in precipitation we can guess where the cloud water came from, or from isotopic composition of water in ice cores we can determine what temperature was when that ice layer was formed. To get good information about isotopic composition of water it is neces-sary to develop a precise method to collect good water samples. In this work I was testing some parameters of the system to collect water samples of water vapor in atmosphere. There are some calculations, some measure-ments with laser and with mass spectrometers and also collected water vapor samples from the atmosphere in Copenhagen
