The purpose of this descriptive-correlational study was to investigate specific factors associatedwith job satisfaction and dissatisfaction of female &=8I) and male (Y=212) teachers of agriculture in Ohio. The study also sought to determine Ohio agriculture teachers, overall level of job satisfaction. Specific job satisfier factors investigated were: achievement, advancement, recognition, responsibility, and the work itself Job dissatisfier factors investigatedwere: interpersonal relations, policy and administration, salary, supervision, and working conditions.
